This private park was opened to the public in 1894, when the garden was constructed by Mogi Hakuei. It was expanded to its current size in 1929, based on a design by Dr. Honda Seiroku (1866-1952). Known as a famous spot for cherry blossoms and azaleas, the park has field athletics and a playground where you can enjoy flowers all year round.
Flower Fantasia is also recommended.
